Design by Raf Reyes: Emiko Morikawa, a shy girl, struggles to escape her pop idol image. Lingering pressure from her past as a performer hinders her progress 🔝. As she enters a darker realm, Emiko encounters a distorted virtual reality that blurs fantasy and obsession. The piece delves into the frightening world of celebrity fandom, questioning if Emiko can let go and be true to herself. Her journey mirrors society’s obsession with appearances and our fascination with celebrity culture 🤲🌟.
ARTWEAR MATERIALS & TECHNIQUE
Mixed media collage on garment. Digital to analog layering of 7+ visuals total. Long sleeve woven tapestry jacquard sweater, hand-sewn with a crewneck profile. Slightly loose sleeved, relaxed|boxy fit. Heavyweight 410gsm premium cotton polyester mix blend/strand fabric, made with a super combed cotton blend to achieve the softest handfeel producible. Red satin silk luxe lining all throughout/inside, making the garm slip on and off very easily + SOOOOO COMFY!!! (++ historically, red silk was added to army/souvenir jackets to indicate that a war-pilot had attained 5 kills — and had become an “Ace” — best rank a pilot could have during WWII 🎖). Interior satin label sewn to leave no stitch marks at the back.

☞ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you aren’t happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to our warehouses in France or in the US (depending on your location). Please email us first so that we track the return process. Returns must arrive to us within 14 days of date of delivery tracking confirmation for a refund. Products must be in saleable condition when they arrive back to be eligible for a refund (unworn, original tags attached, no marks, unwashed and with no strong odours).
- The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
- Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
