☞ SHIPPING AND IMPORT FEES
- We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders above $150 / 150€.
- You’re located in the USA or in EU: there are NO import fees & time until delivery 📦✈️ = 2 to 7 days after ordering.
- You’re located somewhere else: there MAY be import fees (that we refund as store credits) and delivery is 5 to 10 days after ordering.
⧫ Anyhow, each and every customer will receive tracking number upon dispatch 📦 and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery.
☞ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you aren’t happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to our warehouses in France or in the US (depending on your location). The customer is responsible for shipping returns. Check our FAQ page for full T&Cs.
