Design by Raf Reyes: a Matrix glitch opened a portal to another dimension, leading to inter-dimensional anomalies like upside-down trees and glowing-eyed cats… as the glitch expanded, the digital reality had a hole, offering access to an unfamiliar world 🌐. Some saw it as an opportunity, others as a threat… this opening birthed a new realm of possibilities for those brave enough to explore it 📟.

⧫ Anyhow, each and every customer will receive tracking N°/details via email & phone number [upon dispatch 📦] and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery.
☞ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you aren’t happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to our warehouses in France or in the US (depending on your location). Please email us first so that we track the return process. Returns must arrive to us within 14 days of date of delivery tracking confirmation for a refund. Products must be in saleable condition when they arrive back to be eligible for a refund (unworn, original tags attached, no marks, unwashed and with no strong odours).
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
